Previous to joining Totaljobs Group, Jon was the Managing Director for Groupon in Northern Europe. A role that matched his love of sales and using data to help customers achieve their goals.
Jon started his career in Thomson Local helping SME’s grow their businesses through print and online advertising. Before leaving Thomson, Jon headed up their direct marketing arm, Business Strata, where his teams helped clients identify, acquire and retain new customers in addition to licencing the database for usage by online listing, search, financial, app & map-based companies.
In addition, Jon also held senior management roles in Reed Business Information & LivingSocial.
Jon joined Totaljobs Group in November 2019 as CEO

Lee
Group Sales Director
Lee began his career working as a carpenter and joiner but after a number of years of doing manual work realised that his heart was not in it so decided to pursue a career in sales. Lee has had a varied sales background with roles including selling top of the range carpet cleaners as well as light fittings to the commercial industry. Lee then moved into sales management in the lighting industry. In Dec 2000, Lee decided to change industries and go back to selling by taking on a new business role at Jobsite at a time when the internet was just starting to take off. Now, many years on, Lee has enjoyed various different sales roles within the Totaljobs Group. These have ranged from internal sales to field sales before moving into management and working his way up to his current role of Group Sales Director.

Ray'n
HR Director
Ray'n is an American expat living in (and loving) London since 2017. Having moved abroad with Groupon, Ray'n worked as Head of International HR supporting 13 countries across EMEA and APAC. She also held the role of International People Programs at Groupon supporting the team through transformational change. Prior to Groupon she worked for Target, a Fortune 50 retailer in North America where she supported 22 stores as HRBP.
Ray'n is known for building high-performing teams who have a lot of fun at work and providing the linkage between people programs and business sucess.
She describes the culture and people at Totaljobs Group as 'caring, present, and engaging'.

Gemma
Chief Revenue Officer
Gemma has worked in the recruitment advertising/talent marketing industry for over 20 years and has extensive experience of customer solutions spanning across both agency and sales side.
On the agency side, she began as a media buyer at Barkers Advertising (now Penna) before heading up UK media functions at TMP (now Peoplescout) and European teams at AIA (now Radency).
On the sales side Gemma has enjoyed successes at Monster, and The Telegraph before running Indeed's Enterprise sales function and most recently as Managing Director at Guardian Jobs.
Deeply committed to coaching and developing people, she is particularly passionate about helping people to achieve their goals through cultivating grit and determination.
In her personal life, Gemma is married with two children aged 7 and 11 and has a Great Dane called Baxter and rescued battery hens (who have no names) in her home in north Hertfordshire.

Julian
Director of Commercial Strategy
Before joining Totaljobs Group in 2020, Julian gained his extensive experience in international strategy, analytics, digital transformation, and commercial leadership with consumer and B2B focused technology businesses, working in senior leadership roles with multiple FTSE 100 companies.
Most recently, Julian was the Group Director of Strategy at ITV, developing their “More than TV” revenue diversification strategy. He also held the Commercial Director role for the broadcaster’s online business and was responsible for creating a scaled Direct to Consumer business.
