Previous to joining Totaljobs Group, Jon was the Managing Director for Groupon in Northern Europe. A role that matched his love of sales and using data to help customers achieve their goals.
Jon started his career in Thomson Local helping SME’s grow their businesses through print and online advertising. Before leaving Thomson, Jon headed up their direct marketing arm, Business Strata, where his teams helped clients identify, acquire and retain new customers in addition to licencing the database for usage by online listing, search, financial, app & map-based companies.
In addition, Jon also held senior management roles in Reed Business Information & LivingSocial.

Chief Operating Officer
Nigel started his career in Sales, working in the magazine industry (when magazines and newspapers ruled the world!) before moving into on-line and launching what became CWJobs, bringing it into the newly-formed Totaljobs Group in 2003.
Nigel took over managing UX, product and then Technology within Totaljobs Group becoming Chief Information Officer. Nigel has overseen a lot of change, including Technology’s massive expansion from 60 employees to over 200 as a result of investment from StepStone Group after their acquisition of the company in 2012 and the creation of the partnership between Totaljobs and Jobsite in 2018.
He recently commenced new role as Chief Operating Officer.

Group Sales Director
Prior to working at Totaljobs Group, Neil started his career selling advertising space in the local press in Brighton honing his sales skills negotiating with estate agents & double glazing companies, that certainly kept his feet on the ground. Neil then went onto join StepStone when it first launched in the UK in what was the very early online recruitment marketplace in 1998 - interesting, exciting and inspiring times!
Neil then joined RBI just when it was entering the digital job space (the formative TJG) and was part of the launch team for Caterer.com and Catererglobal.com. Neil has held many & varied roles within Caterer.com and the now StepStone hospitality brands helping them scale and grow into the firmly established market leaders they are today.
Over the last 12 months Neil has expanded his role to look after the strategic UK & International business for Totaljobs.

Group Marketing Director
Alex began her marketing career working in the tourism industry, before quickly making the move into the world of recruitment. Why? Well, professional development is important to her and she wanted to be in a world where she felt she could help people achieve their career goals. Beginning in a headhunting organisation, she then moved into graduate recruitment, working in various roles at Milkround, before moving to Totaljobs Group in 2016. Alex is now Marketing Director for the Group.

Group Sales Director
Lee began his career working as a carpenter and joiner but after a number of years of doing manual work realised that his heart was not in it so decided to pursue a career in sales. Lee has had a varied sales background with roles including selling top of the range carpet cleaners as well as light fittings to the commercial industry. Lee then moved into sales management in the lighting industry. In Dec 2000, Lee decided to change industries and go back to selling by taking on a new business role at Jobsite at a time when the internet was just starting to take off. Now, many years on, Lee has enjoyed various different sales roles within the Totaljobs Group. These have ranged from internal sales to field sales before moving into management and working his way up to his current role of Group Sales Director.

Chief Financial Officer
Phil joined the Stepstone Family in 2014 as our CFO for TotalJobsGroup. He is responsible for the overall financial strategy and direction of TJG. Within Finance Phil guides controlling, reporting, planning, treasury, and credit collection across multiple UK regions to persue the company’s aggressive growth strategy.
Prior to joining the Stepstone family, Phil was CFO at Jobsite since 2007, (later acquired by Stepstone in 2014, now part of TotalJobsGroup). Before 2007 Phil worked within Virgin Media and GEA Pharmaceuticals.
Throughout his career in accounting and financial planning Phil has always developed and retained strong individuals within his teams. He lives in the New Forest and is married with 3 daughters.

Ray'n is an American expat living in (and loving) London since 2017. Having moved abroad with Groupon, Ray'n worked as Head of International HR supporting 13 countries across EMEA and APAC. She also held the role of International People Programs at Groupon supporting the team through transformational change. Prior to Groupon she worked for Target, a Fortune 50 retailer in North America where she supported 22 stores as HRBP.
Ray'n is known for building high-performing teams who have a lot of fun at work and providing the linkage between people programs and business sucess.
