Living our values

Our People make the difference

As a people focused organisation, we are also passionate about giving back.

Totaljobs Group also have a committee dedicated to providing volunteering opportunities across the UK. All employees are provided with two volunteer days per year and we co-ordinate ‘giving back days’ which have a particular focus on charitable causes that help people at the start of their careers or those returning to work, as this is close to our hearts.

I volunteered three times with Arts for All, a great organisation that helps adult with learning disabilities. Through long term support, Arts For All builds confidence, helps people achieve their goals and changes lives.

It’s an art and craft-based environment which is great for me as that’s my passion. As I did it around Christmas time, I found it really rewarding as we got to decorate their studio and help cook them Christmas dinner.

    • Mental health / Wellbeing

We also encourage our teams to take the opportunity to support causes and communities that they are passionate about and proud of.

    • Race

  • Sustainability

Working together to make a difference

At Totaljobs Group, we are making a conscious effort to protect the future of our planet.

We have established a Sustainability Working Group who meet monthly to share ideas and discuss sustainability improvement initiatives taking place across all offices in the UK. We also work closely with our Axel Springer colleagues and actively contribute to the over-arching sustainability agenda of StepStone.

The term sustainability refers to three distinct areas of improvement: Economy, Environment and Society. With this in mind, we will also focus on employee well-being and will continue to encourage social sustainability through our charity days.
