Colleagues at TJG can work from any one of our eight offices, and you can also choose to work from home some of the time. We want everyone to feel connected, to achieve more through collaboration, and to celebrate each other’s successes and so we think it's important that you enjoy where you work. Since adopting our hybrid approach to working, we’ve adapted our approach to staying in touch to ensure our employees still feel connected with each other and a part of the TJG team.
As well as continuing with our regular catch ups and team meetings, we’ve hold hybrid monthly updates with our CEO, where we’ve been joined by guest speakers from throughout the business. We’ve held Innovation Skills Workshops, network listen and learns, and TJG Live! consisting of three afternoons packed with special insights from jobseekers, customers, industry experts and of course our people!
And of course, we make time for some fun – both in and out of lockdown. Whether it’s team building days, sporting challenges, ‘bake off’ competitions, bingo, or a charity comedy night – there’s always something going on!
Diversity, equity & inclusion
To make sure we have the best people in the right roles at TJG, championing equality, diversity and fairness is a top priority and we’re committed to creating a diverse, inclusive, and accessible workplace, where all our people can bring their whole selves to work.
So we can deliver on this commitment we have established our DEI Management Taskforce – a team of representatives from across our business who are collectively responsible for supporting TJG to be a workplace where people feel recognised, supported, included, and safe. They also manage a dedicated budget to support their work and are collaborating with a range of external consultants and experts to deliver initiatives. This group ensures our leadership team are responsible for the implementation – and role modelling – of commitments made by our business.
At TJG we are also really proud to have well-established internal employee networks and communities, dedicated to championing and supporting all our colleagues – in particular under-represented and minority groups.
