Our company is driven, creative, innovative and fun. And working here is no different.
We believe in our team, and we typically hold two employee events every year where we bring over 800 people together from every corner of the UK.
This provides a great opportunity for people from our different offices to get together, celebrate their recent successes and hear what’s to come from the wider business. In addition to our company-wide events, we’re often socialising. Whether it’s a team building day, a sporting challenge, a ‘bake off’ competition, bingo night, team lunches or simply a trip to the pub; there is always something going on.
Since working from home began, we’ve adapted our approach to ensure our employees still feel engaged and an important part of the TJG team. We’ve held virtual monthly updates delivered by our CEO with guest speakers from throughout the business, set up Innovation Skills Workshops, held interactive Christmas parties and other social events. In addition to our monthly updates (and in lieu of our two major employee events that usually take place), we held our first TJG Live! Three afternoons packed with special insights from jobseekers, customers, industry experts and of course our people!
It’s imperative to us that we maintain our working relationships, and we’ll continue to develop and encourage this throughout the duration of this situation.
