The journey to and from work plays a huge part in deciding on whether or not to apply for a job. And that’s exactly why we launched our job maps of the UK across all of our job sites, with the CareerStructure.com job map coming soon. It allows our jobseekers to plot jobs according to their city, town or even postcode, letting them track exactly how far away a job is from their home.
That’s not the end of it, either. More recently, we’ve built on these maps and introduced a transport links feature that allows jobseekers to view all mainline train, tube, DLR and tram stops within a mile of jobs posted with a full postcode. Not only will this help jobseekers when planning what jobs to go for, it will also make recruiters’ lives easier by showcasing their roles in new and interesting ways.
Here at Totaljobs Group we’re all about making the lives of jobseekers as easy as possible to help them through the often difficult process of finding a new job. In fact, this is a key part of our mission statement. We are always coming up with innovative enhancements for our job boards and introducing key site features like this is top of our list.
