Our pledge to jobseekers
For jobseekers, we operate a number of job sites that carry over 300,000 job ads between them at any one time. If jobseekers know what they are looking for, we not only have the choice (by location, industry sector and salary) but also the very best search tools to help them find the most relevant jobs quickly, including transport links and salary checker functions.
In the unlikely event that there are no suitable jobs, then our sites offer jobs by email alerts, as well as a place to store CVs safely so they can be found by employers looking for candidates.

For recruiters, all of our sites offer numerous tools to find candidates quickly and cost effectively.
Broadly, they fall in to four categories...
Advertising vacancies: Allows you to post jobs on a chosen job site and choose features to enhance the advertisement to improve response levels.
Manage applications: Use our back office system to manage incoming applications and applicants.
Employer branding: Candidates not only like to know where the job is based and how much it is paying, they also like to understand more about the companies they are applying to. Totaljobs Group sites offer many creative ways to help recruiters communicate, from banner advertising and targeted emails to employer profiles and logos added against jobs advertised.
CV database: Search millions of up-to-date candidate CVs and set up email alerts to receive the details of new candidates as soon as they register.
