For jobseekers we operate a number of job sites which between them carry over 300,000 jobs at any one time. If jobseekers know what they are looking for, we have not only the choice, (by location, industry sector and salary), but also the very best search tools to help them find the most relevant jobs, quickly.

In the unlikely event that there are no suitable jobs at this point, then our sites offer email and RSS alert facilities, and a place to store CVs safely, so they can be found by employers looking for candidates.

For recruiters all of our sites offer numerous tools to find candidates quickly and cost effectively.

Broadly they fall in to 4 categories:

  1. Advertising vacancies – post jobs on the chosen job site and choose features to enhance the advertisement to help improve response levels.
  2. Manage applications – use our back office system to manage incoming applications and applicants
  3. Employer branding – candidates not only like to know where the job is based and how much it is paying, they also like to understand more about the companies they are applying to.
